Flourish Africa aimed to create a transformative impact by supporting women entrepreneurs through a N1 billion philanthropic fund over 5 years. To achieve this, they needed expertise in selecting women entrepreneurs qualified to access the grant. We were selected as part of the panelist selecting finalists and providing investment advisory for women entrepreneurs’ shortlisting and investment readiness.
Solution:
We collaborated closely with the foundation and other expert thought leaders to select and identify qualified businesses, guiding panelists in the selection process, and providing comprehensive business investment readiness training.
Result:
Flourish Africa achieved remarkable success in their mission. With our assistance, they selected and empowered up to 200 diverse groups of talented women entrepreneurs, ensuring their preparedness to access the N1 billion philanthropic fund. This initiative had a profound and sustainable impact on women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship in Nigeria and Africa.
