Global Citizen Nigeria recognized the growing importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and the need to create awareness concerning sexual harassment and misconduct as standard onboarding process and periodic refresher trainings for their employees. They needed a comprehensive Capacity Development Training program to address these critical areas.
